Shipping policies
The delivery time to any location within Europe ranges from 20 to 90 days after payment confirmation.
Please note that we provide a tracking number for all products that are ordered, provided you select the shipping option with tracking number at the time of checkout. If the tracking link on our website doesn't work, it will definitely work on the following site:
Tracking numbers typically take 5 to 10 business days to be updated from our suppliers to you, the customer.
We will issue a refund for purchases that are lost or that exceed the 90-day delivery period after payment confirmation.
The delivery timeframe depends on the efficiency of the postal services and customs clearance, and it can vary between 25 to 45 days on average. The final deadline for delivery is up to 90 business days.
If the estimated delivery time passes, we recommend you contact the postal service to inquire about the delay. If they don’t have your order, please contact us immediately so we can check with our suppliers. If we confirm there is a logistics issue with your order, we will issue a FULL refund immediately after verifying the situation.
It’s important that you ensure the delivery can be completed to the address provided in your order. After three (3) attempted delivery attempts, you will need to pick up your order at a nearby post office. Storage fees may apply if the package is not collected within 7 days. The fee amount depends on the weight/volume of the product.
CUSTOMS DUTIES
All products are shipped from our warehouse abroad and are subject to customs duties upon receipt. The duty rate is 60% of the purchase value. If the charges exceed this amount, please contact us so we can assist you in filing an appeal with the postal service.
