Return and Refund Policy
In order to activate the warranty, the customer must send us a video of up to 1 minute showing the issue. The video must also include a clear view of the product’s packaging (the shipping box, with the label visible); it is essential that the packaging is shown in the video.
The customer can also provide clear photos showing the defect, ensuring the product’s packaging is visible in the image.
If the customer is unable to provide a video or photo, the product must be sent to our dispatch address for analysis. The cost of shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and the product must be sent with the original shipping packaging, with the recipient's label intact and undamaged.

Important:
Our warranty does not cover aesthetic damage that occurs after the purchase, such as scratches, tears, dents, or other similar issues resulting from misuse.
The warranty also does not cover:
- Damage caused by fluids, such as dropping the product in water or submerging it. While some products are water-resistant, there are limits to this, depending on the product.
- Damage caused by attempts to repair or modify the product by the customer or third parties.
- Misuse of accessories.
- Failures or damage that result from normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches on the screen from use, oxidation due to excessive uric acid from the user).
- Acceptable battery life reduction.
- Tests to check the product’s resistance, such as testing the glass of the watch for durability or testing water resistance, among others.
